How to Access US Websites - Bypass Geoblocking

Some stores use something called “geoblocking” to stop you from accessing their US-based webpages

So what are you waiting for? Follow these steps to get Zenmate:

1. Make sure that you’ve got the Chrome browser installed. You can find it here.
2. Open the ZenMate website in Chrome.
3. On the ZenMate website click on the blue “Get ZenMate” button.
4. A new window will pop-up. Click “Add” on that window. Zenmate will then be downloaded and installed. Once the installation has completed, you’ll see a shield icon on the top right hand side of Chrome.
5. ZenMate will ask you for your email address (you’ll need a valid one to use ZenMate).
6. Once you enter your email, the shield icon will change to green.
7. Click on the green shield and a new window will open.
8. Click the US flag (the middle option) as your location. You should now be good to go shopping on US online store websites!
9. To turn ZenMate off just click on the green shield and select off (at the bottom on the small window). You can just repeat step 8 to turn it on again whenever you want.
10. Before browsing any US store websites, it’s a good idea to clear your browser history. It’s fairly easy to do, and there are helpful instructions here.
