• FedEx Economy
  (5-8 business days)

These estimated delivery times relate to the time it takes to ship your items from our facility in New York to your international address. They do not include the additional time required for the store to ship your items to our facility.

*International shipping costs are based on your location and the weight and dimensions of your items. Delivery times are based on the estimates provided by the FedEx. Actual delivery times may vary.

If your product includes a manufacturer's warranty, Big Apple Buddy can help you process the warranty claim on your behalf. Please note that you would need to ship the item back to the U.S. at your own expense and pay for any shipping and store-related charges. A $50 service fee will also apply.
