• Lactococcus lactis strain Plasma (heat killed)
• Lactococcus lactis strain plasma is a probiotic that’s been used in nine clinical trials. It supports dendritic cells, a type of immune cell that specializes in activating and educating other immune cells. Lactococcus lactis strain plasma supports healthy working days and provides immune support during high-intensity training.*
• LJ100® Eurycoma longifolia Root Extract
• LJ100 is a clinically studied and standardized Eurycoma longifolia root extract. It is an adaptogen—it’s sometimes called Malaysian Ginseng—that supports overall vigor, energy, and wellness. LJ100 brings these qualities to the immune system, supporting the immunological vigor of the immune system.*
• Tinofend® Tinospora cordifolia Stem Extract
• Tinofend is a clinically studied Tinospora cordifolia stem extract. T. cordifolia is prized in Ayurveda as a Rasayana, an herb tonic that promotes rejuvenation. One of its traditional uses was as an immunomodulator, bringing balance to the immune system. It is included in Qualia Immune to support a smart and balanced immune response.*
• Palmitoylethanolamide
• Palmitoylethanolamide, abbreviated PEA, is an endogenous (i.e., manufactured by the body) fatty acid amide (FAA). It supports general immune health and wellness. Palmitoylethanolamide was included in Qualia Night, because it specializes in supporting macrophages, microglia (the immune cells of the brain), mast cells, and immune cell communication.*
• Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) Protein and Nucleotide Water Extract
• Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) is a blue-green algae; it’s considered to be a superfood because of its high concentration of nutrients. Spirulina supports cells in both the innate and adaptive immune system, but requires a several gram dose to deliver this support. The spirulina extract in Qualia Immune concentrates the immune supporting compounds, creating an immune superfood, where a little goes a very long way.* 
• Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) Fruiting Body Extract
• Reishi (i.e., the “mushroom of immortality”) is an adaptogenic mushroom, which offers a wide range of immune support. It supports big jobs like immune cell communication, education, and tolerance. And it supports the healthy function of immune cells within both the fast thinking innate (e.g., dendritic cells, macrophages, NK cells) and slow thinking adaptive immune systems (e.g., T cells, B cells) immune systems.*

Qualia Immune uses an extract standardized for fucoidan, a compound that supports the hematopoietic stem cells that give birth to immune cells. Fucoidan also supports cells within both the innate immune system, including dendritic cells, NK cells, and macrophages, and the B and T cells of the adaptive immune system.*

• Panax ginseng Root Extract 
• Panax ginseng root is an adaptogen. It supports immune system homeostasis and enhances resistance to stress of all types, including immune system challenges. Panax ginseng supports a healthy immune system by supporting immune cells and jobs in both the innate and adaptive immune systems.*
• Echinacea purpurea Root Extract
• Echinacea purpurea is one of the most widely used herbal immune tonics. E. purpurea supports an overall healthy immune system, essentially acting as an immune adaptogen. It specializes in supporting cells of the innate immune system including dendritic cells, neutrophils, macrophages, polymorphonuclear leukocytes, and natural killer cells.*
• Cranberry Fruit Extract 
• Cranberries are a superfood with an immune supportive role. They are one of the only foods found to support a type of immune cell called a gamma delta (γδ) T cell. γδ T cells have characteristics that place them at the border between the fast-acting innate immune system and the slower, more thoughtful adaptive immune system. They are an important part of immune system readiness.*
• Polygonum cuspidatum Root Extract (95% Resveratrol)
• Resveratrol is a defense compound that plants make more of when exposed to environmental stressors. It toughens them up, making them more resistant to stress. These adaptogen-like properties carry over to supporting a healthy immune system, toughening it up. It was included in Qualia Immune to support immune communication, the listening and talking functions that allow immune cells to collectively behave intelligently.*
• Broccoli Sprout Powder
• Broccoli sprouts are a rich source of sulforaphane, a Nrf2 activator—Nrf2 is a master regulator of cellular defenses. Broccoli sprouts support both a healthy innate and adaptive immune system. The sulforaphane potential they contain supports immune cell communication, the listening and talking functions that allow for an intelligent immune system.* 
• L-Theanine
• L-theanine supports older immune systems in learning and remembering. It also supports the immune system during high-intensity resistance. L-theanine can be thought of as a smart compound for the immune system, supporting alertness, learning, and memory functions of immune cells. L-theanine is one of the only compounds that support a type of immune cell called a gamma delta (γδ) T cell, which prime, or ready the immune system to respond more efficiently.*
• N-Acetyl-L-cysteine
• N-Acetyl-L-cysteine is best known for its role in supporting the cellular production of glutathione. It supports healthier levels of glutathione in white blood cells, so helps support characteristics of a more youthful immune system. N-Acetyl-L-cysteine also supports the function of a number of different white blood cell types within both of the innate and adaptive immune systems.*
• Zinc Gluconate
• Zinc is an essential trace mineral needed for a healthy immune system. Zinc is needed for major jobs of the immune system, including mucosal immunity, immune tolerance and immune communication. It supports cells of both innate and adaptive immunity. We used the zinc gluconate form because this form has been clinically studied to support immune health.*
• Selenium (as Se-methyl-L-selenocysteine)
• Selenium is an essential trace mineral needed for a healthy immune system. Selenium exerts its biological functions through selenoproteins containing the amino acid selenocysteine, which is why we selected this form of bioactive selenium.
