-You can apply it to bare skin or over your foundation.
-Press the brush into the powder.
-Gently glide onto your face.
Where to apply for glowing skin:
-Cheeks: Target the apple of your cheek.
-Nose: Apply to the tip of your nose and all along the bridge.
-Eyes: Apply highlighter to the inner corner of your eye and your upper eyelid. Don’t forget the area under the brow bone and the top of the eyebrow.
