  • If lining lips before applying Powermatte use a complementary shade for a line that helps guide the application and provide the most natural definition.
  • If lining lips after applying Powermatte use a deeper or contrasting shade to change the effect of the Powermatte shade. This will create more shape and structure for the lip color.
